I'm from out of town and family raves about this place so decided to stop by to grab a pie for my birthday coming up. I love cheesecake so for the cheesecake with strawberries. Also got the coconut cream pie which is to die for. Not overly sweet and taste of coconut was perfect. Overall would recommend. They are pricey but worth it for the quality.

Stopped in for my pie fix order led banana cream and chocolate cream pie to go. Let me tell you the pie and crust is so good and addictive. The service was fast and friendly and the ambiance when you walk in is one of a bakery. you will have a problem deciding which pie or pies to take home.

Out this world!!! Always friendly and fast staff. If you are looking for a pie any pie this is your place to come. Regular pies as well as cream pies. They sell as whole or also as slices. Prices are reasonable and usually no wait time. Do expect wait time on holidays but overall they move pretty quick.

Stopped by on pi day to get a couple slices. We got 1 chocolate and 1 banana for $8 total. The slices are big. They taste really good, I want to try more flavors! The services was quick. Will be back!

Today is Pi Day and the first place that I think of for pies is the Flying Sauce Pie Company. I bought several pies to sample and share. They even cut the pies into either six or eight pieces upon request. Starting with the fruit pies seemed like a reasonable substitute for lunch and I was right. The crust on the apple pie was flaky and the filling was flavorful with notes of mildly sweet caramel. The cherry pie crust was flaky and the filling was tart and mildly sweet. I finished my tour-de-pies with a couple of cream pies. The coconut cream pie was solid. I enjoyed the flavor and was pleased that it was not overpowering sweet. The strawberry cream pie, on the other hand, over-the-top sweet and refreshing. It's easy to see why the strawberry cream pie is their number one seller.

This pie is pretty solid when it comes to Houston options, but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to get it again in comparison to House of Pies. Parking is easy and there's a lot next door. They sell a bunch of different pies. The employee recommended the blueberry, so we got a slice of that and a slice of peach pie. The pies were crusty and had a lot of filling. Blueberry was a little bit too jammy and sweet, but the peach was delicious!

Flying Saucer is a staple of my neighborhood, on the Northside of Houston you can find the most delightful pies you've ever encountered. Everything is super fresh! Staff is kind and helpful, my favorite menu item here is the STRAWBERRY PIE! A beautiful pie! Just beautiful inside & out the sweetest, tart, jumbo sized fresh strawberries in every bite!
